to third-party accessories, such as compatible Whelen® Sirens. 
The radio-user
may execute a Consolidated Action with the 
Action
Consolidation selection defined on the Response
Selector or on a button-press.
When the radio is model / option capable, and
when the Action Type field is set to "Control".
